As a former “try anything to lose weight gal,” I’ve done everything from the paleo diet to going vegan and everything in between. I juiced and detoxed, cleansed and supplemented, cut carbs and added carbs. But now that I know ME and know how to listen to my body and practice self-care, I am finally free from the dieting cycle. I eat everyday without guilt, punishment, deprivation or strict routines and I am leaner, stronger, happier and more energized than ever.
